Modern office setting Immediate opening for full-time Marina Office Administrative Assistant, who is an organized, upbeat, dependable team player.
As a Marina Office Administrative Assistant, you will assist with daily office duties and support the marina team in serving clients & guests.
Maintain Social Media platforms for the marina, generate Marina newsletters & automated communication with clients, guests, and team members.
Provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Various Office Activities; scanning, data entry, file maintenance, and answering Phones & outbound Calling to Clients, guest & contractors.
Maintain Social Media platforms for the marina, generate newsletters and automated communications.
Ship's Store:
ordering and organizing merchandise, assisting customers and accepting customers payments.
