Monday (8am-5pm) and Wednesday (9am-6pm) The right candidate must be looking for part time work as our office does not offer a full time schedule.
We are looking for someone who is dedicated and reliable, with a can-do attitude, and an interest in building their skills, as well as a desire to grow long-term with us.
We require someone who can work in a fast paced environment, problem solve and has excellent communication skills.
We are family-oriented dental office and take pride in excellent patient care.

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Manage patient records and ensure information is accurate and up to date - Collect and process payments from patients - Assist with insurance verification and claims processing, including following up on claims and assisting with resolution of outstanding insurance issues - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Note:
