We are expanding our operations in Pasadena, MD, and are looking to hire our first dedicated Technician to join the team.
Daily, you will be working on troubleshooting underperformance on the ground and on the roof, training the R&R crews if they run into a system they don't know how to properly remove or reinstall from an electrical perspective, creating and installing rma inverters (SolarEdge, Enphase, ABB, Fronius), meter troubleshooting etc.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience troubleshooting, installing, and working in solar.
Job Responsibilities Inspections- when customers call with any issue, the first thing we do is a full system inspection.
This includes briefly getting on the roof to check wiring conditions, panel type, etc.
This includes metering the inverter, connecting to the monitoring, etc.
String inverter RMA's and swaps Monitoring install and troubleshoot Meter install and troubleshoot Conduit rework etc Training the crew- travel around 2x/month teaching installers about the electrical side of things, or have them shadow you.
Requirements:
