Salary:

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess estate planning and elder law needs; Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents; Develop and implement effective estate plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances; Provide legal guidance on elder law issues, including Medicaid planning, long-term care, and guardianship; Represent clients in probate and estate administration matters, ensuring compliance with Maryland laws; Collaborate with the team of attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service; Stay current on changes in Maryland estate planning, elder law, and probate regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; Active membership in the Maryland State Bar Association; Minimum of 5 years of experience with an estate planning law/probate/elder law firm; Special needs planning and/or Medicaid planning experience is a plus; Strong knowledge of Maryland estate planning, elder law, and probate laws and regulations; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team; Compassionate and client-focused approach to legal practice; Drive to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
